Brief summary of role:
DACH is a priority growth market for OpenSpace. We are hiring a Regional Sales Lead to accelerate growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is a senior player coach role: you will carry a quota, lead from the front on the most strategic opportunities and help set the standard for how we build pipeline, win complex deals and expand accounts in the region.
You will bring regional knowledge, credibility and relationships across the construction ecosystem. You will also mentor junior sales reps, helping them develop the discipline, deal craft and executive presence required to win at mid market and enterprise level.
