We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to further develop our hybrid infrastructure.

Tasks

Handling the end-to-end administration of our Kubernetes environment and optimizing CI/CD pipelines through Terraform and Ansible
Managing resources across AWS (EKS) and innovative NeoCloud providers to ensure a seamless, high-performance architecture
Oversight of training data within a Data Lake, including the implementation of sophisticated filters for incoming streams and the removal of noise from training phases
Serving as a high-level technical consultant to solve complex problems for development teams and streamline internal workflows
Implementing and maintaining technical monitoring using Grafana and Prometheus to ensure high performance and stability during core business hours

Requirements

A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, cloud computing, or an IT apprenticeship
A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in systems administration and DevOps and a proven track record in a modern DevOps environment
Mastery of Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Ansible
Extensive experience using Terraform and frameworks such as Grafana and Prometheus
Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking and identity providers like Keycloak or Active Directory
A "fix-it-once-and-automate" mentality, combined with a high degree of openness toward new tools like GPUaaS
The ability to evaluate and integrate emerging NeoCloud providers into a cohesive hybrid strategy
A genuine love of learning and a proactive growth mindset that embraces trying new things and viewing mistakes as vital opportunities for technical evolution
Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is an advantage
