You’re not just managing calendars; you’re enabling leadership to operate at maximum impact. As Executive Operations Assistant at Lio, you work closely with the CEO, deeply understanding priorities, stakeholders, and context; acting as a true extension of the CEO to keep the organization focused, aligned, and moving fast.
In this role, you will:
Build a deep understanding of the CEO’s priorities and proactively act in his best interest
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Prepare meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to keep priorities on track
Coordinate communication with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
Support strategic projects and help drive initiatives across the company
Organize internal events, leadership meetings, and team offsites
Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving topics in a dynamic startup environment
You’re a good fit for this role if you:
Think strategically and quickly understand priorities and stakeholder dynamics
Have experience as Founders Associate, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in operations roles
Are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels
Enjoy creating structure and solving problems before they arise
Are trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information
Thrive in fast-paced startup environments and enjoy taking ownership
