JustPlay is looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will create compelling video content that engages millions of users worldwide and drives measurable impact across our marketing channels.
In this role, you will combine video editing, motion graphics, and generative AI tools to produce engaging, fun, and performance-driven creatives tailored for mobile-first audiences. You will work closely with marketing and UA teams to develop ads that not only look great but deliver measurable results.
Job Requirements
2–4 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics
A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing video ads (ideally for mobile apps or mobile games)
Experience working in performance marketing or digital advertising environments
A solid understanding of mobile-first content and social media platforms
You are skilled in:
Creation of motion graphics and dynamic visual effects
Professional video editing with strong pacing and storytelling
Producing engaging, fun, and conversion-driven ads for smartphone apps and games
Creating and optimizing high-performing video ads
You are proficient in:
Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Figma
Generative AI tools for creative production (e.g., AI-assisted video, image, and asset creation)
Advanced motion graphics and animation
Sound editing and post-production workflows
Job Responsibilities
Participate in the creation of high-performing video ads from concept to final delivery
Produce engaging motion graphics and edit compelling video content for paid social and digital channels
Work with generative AI tools to enhance creative production and efficiency
Collaborate closely with User Acquisition and Marketing teams to align creatives with performance goals
Continuously iterate and optimize ads based on performance data
