Our internal engineering task force plays a key role in this.

    Tasks

    • Build and maintain our data infrastructure, including databases and API integrations
    • Optimize our AI-powered deal sourcing pipeline
    • Build internal AI agents to accelerate the investment team
    • Implement automations to streamline our fund management processes

    Requirements

    • Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
    • 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced technical environment (startup/scaleup/VC)
    • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
    • Fluent in both German and English
    • Above all: Hands-on, ownership-driven, and builder mindset

    We're looking for a hands on software engineer to own and scale our internal technology platform from data infrastructure to AI agents as we transform venture capital through data. We've already built the foundation: A proprietary system we use to source and evaluate startups. Now we need someone to take it to the next level.

    You'll be based at our office in Munich, working full-time in a hybrid setup as part of our engineering task force. You'll own the agentic systems that shape how we find and back Europe's best founders.
