For our Hamburg office, we are therefore looking for an experienced Controller (m/f/d) full-time, starting immediately.

Your Mission

You take responsibility for the further development of a comprehensive model for operational liquidity planning and management (short-, medium- and long-term).
You are in charge of managing and monitoring cash management, including daily disposition, payment flows and forecast deviation analyses.
You contribute to the selection, implementation and further development of an AI-based tool for liquidity and cashflow planning.
You develop scenario analyses for exchange rate developments (USD/EUR) and derive recommendations for action for Treasury.
You identify optimization potentials and define measures to reduce capital commitment and improve working capital management.
You work closely with the departments and support the operational day-to-day business.

Your Profile

Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Treasury
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Treasury Controlling
In-depth knowledge of liquidity planning, cash management, and treasury processes
Experience in analyzing and managing foreign exchange risks
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, complemented by experience with ERP systems
Strong hands-on mentality, structured way of working, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Business fluent in German and very good command of English
