With a growing client base across the DACH region and a product with a proven track record, our client is well-positioned for the next phase of growth.
That's where you come in.
The Role
As an Integration & Automation Engineer within our client's Professional Services team, you'll be the technical bridge between our client's platform and our customers' real-world systems and workflows.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, design practical solutions, and bring them to life through integrations, automations, and data workflows. You'll act as a trusted technical partner throughout implementation and beyond, helping customers get the most out of our client's platform.
What You’ll Work On
- Customer Solutions: Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into well-designed, practical technical solutions
- Data Integration & Mapping: Design and implement data interfaces between our client's platform and customers' existing systems translating, mapping, and transforming data structures so information flows reliably between platforms
- Data Enrichment & Cleanup: Ensure the data running through customer interfaces is accurate and usable building enrichment logic, handling edge cases, and cleaning up messy real-world data before it causes problems downstream
- Configuration + Scripting: Combine our client's platform configuration with targeted scripting to achieve automations and data workflows that neither approach could deliver alone this is where creativity meets technical craft
- Custom Tooling & Reporting: Build lightweight scripts and tools that customers can run themselves purpose-built for their specific reporting needs, operational triggers, or one-off automation tasks
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and refine existing customer setups, ensuring stability and continuous improvement
- Technical Partnership: Serve as a reliable technical partner for customers during implementation and ongoing optimization phases
