As our Senior Talent Growth Partner, you will drive the design and evolution of enterprise-wide talent management frameworks that empower our people and support sustainable business growth. You will play a strategic role in shaping how talent is identified, developed, and mobilized across the organization.

Qualifications

Your Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Career Pathing frameworks aligned with organizational strategy
Develop and standardize feedback processes and methodologies across the business
Embed modern talent development tools and AI-enabled solutions into people practices
Lead the design and execution of behavioral and talent assessment workflows to generate actionable insights
Establish and govern Learning & Development frameworks and policies
Build and optimize Internal Mobility frameworks and processes
Create and manage High Potential identification and development programs
Drive enterprise-wide Succession Planning strategies and frameworks
Support and enable local and international stakeholders in executing talent management initiatives
Own and continuously improve group-wide Talent Management programs and processes
Leverage data, analytics, and insights to optimize talent strategies and workforce decisions
Manage strategic talent projects end-to-end from concept through implementation and scaling

Your Profile

Strategic, business-driven HR professional with a strong impact mindset
Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or related field
Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise talent management systems
Deep expertise in behavioral assessment methodologies and talent diagnostics
Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities with data-driven decision making experience
Proven ability to leverage AI tools and digital HR technologies for process optimization
Excellent project management skills with experience scaling global initiatives
Ability to translate organizational principles and culture into practical talent frameworks
Fluent in English and French or German
