    What you will do

    • Build and develop your own client portfolio by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within your assigned market.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

    • Proactively qualify new leads through daily outbound calls, follow-ups, and consistent pipeline management.

    • Engaging in conversations with potential and existing clients, and guiding them through the sales process.

    • Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process.

    • Monitor your performance against monthly targets and KPIs, taking ownership of revenue growth within your portfolio.

    • Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.

    Who you are

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus

    • You have prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • You demonstrate excellent French skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

    • A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus.
