People Operations Partner

📍 Berlin onsite

We’re looking for a People Operations Partner to ensure smooth people operations and oversee daily administrative activities at Almedia.

You Will:

Handle core admin: contracts, document checks, compliance basics, employee queries
Own onboarding/offboarding logistics, equipment tracking, and documentation
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and routine updates, support process improvements
Manage travel: bookings, invites, follow-ups, and approvals
Coordinate employee surveys and engagement initiatives
Payroll Prep & Benefits: Collect variables, update Personio, file docs, run monthly benefit checks, first-line support.

You Have:

2+ years in People/HR operations at a startup or growing company
You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and thrive in the rhythm of high-volume, fast-moving work.
Familiarity with German employment basics; able to read letters and make calls is a plus
Hands-on experience with HRIS and everyday office tools
Full proficiency in English required; German (B2) nice to have
Systems-minded and solution-oriented approach to long term problem solving
