Almedia, Europe's fastest-growing UA platform, is seeking a driven Influencer Manager to take full ownership of our high-growth influencer marketing project. This pivotal role is for a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to manage a significant budget and scale our efforts beyond traditional methods. If you're a business-focused strategist who thinks outside the box and is eager to grow a project from the ground up, you will be instrumental in transforming our user acquisition and engagement.

What You'll Do 🎯

Drive Strategic Growth: Take full ownership of our influencer marketing project, developing and executing a strategic plan to rapidly scale our efforts in Tier 1 markets.
Budget & Performance Ownership: Manage a significant monthly budget of $500K+, meticulously analyzing campaign performance, conversion rates, and overall business impact to drive data-informed decisions.
Operational Excellence: Handle day-to-day operational tasks, including identifying and managing agency partnerships, sourcing new creators, and negotiating contracts to secure the best possible outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our internal product team (Leon and Martin) to receive strategic guidance and align on business objectives, ensuring seamless execution.
Innovate & Scale: Research and test new, innovative approaches to influencer marketing, moving beyond traditional models to build a scalable and highly efficient creator network.

What You’ll Bring 💡

Entrepreneurial & Scaling Experience: A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of scaling projects, ideally from a growth marketing or agency ownership background.
Large Budget Management: Proven experience in managing and optimizing significant marketing budgets ($500K+ monthly) with a focus on business impact rather than just technical metrics.
Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to think strategically about scaling, analyze performance data, and translate findings into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Strong Negotiation & Communication: Experience in contract negotiation, partnership management, and excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Bonus: Prior experience within the mobile gaming industry and a willingness to commit to a fast-paced environment.
