About You
You are a hands-on leader who writes code every day. You have deep JavaScript and TypeScript experience, strong frontend roots, and the full-stack perspective necessary to architect systems that scale without friction.
Your Mission
Your role is execution-first with a founder mindset.
Take full ownership of building, shipping, and evolving our frontend ecosystem.
Define and deliver detailed technical roadmaps and implementation plans.
Set the bar for engineering standards, mentor developers, and foster a culture of extreme ownership.

Eliminate Bottlenecks: Drive clarity and cross-functional collaboration to streamline the path from idea to production.

Your Toolkit
Deep Expertise: Mastery of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React at scale.
Pragmatic Leadership: A track record of applying best practices while maintaining high velocity in a high-growth environment.
System Design: Ability to design robust architectures, write high-quality code, and manage technical debt.
Strategic Influence: Strong technical leadership combined with consistent, hands-on contributions.
Bonus: Experience with React Native.
