Deine Position
You will be in our B2B team which works on:
- Our offer tool, operating system and installation manager to digitize operations and processes for our installation companies and to enable our customers to make purchase decisions based on efficient, standardized and understandable quote flows. You will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing user interfaces for our Operating System’s work streams: Field Operations, Business Operations & Warehousing that align with our business objectives and elevate user satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include: - Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and developers to define problems, lead discoveries, and create user flows for new or existing features
- Autonomously create high-fidelity interactive designs that elevate the overall user experience, and then iteratively improve your solutions based on feedback from users and stakeholders
- Quickly understanding complex models & problems and designing them into intuitive, simple, user-centric solutions
- Collaborating with 1K5º designers to improve our design language, UX patterns, whilst advocating for user-focused design, and contributing to a top-notch community of mission-focused designers
- Own the product like its your own by bringing ideas to the table, shaping the vision for product, not just pixel-pushing
Dein Profil
- Minimum of 3 years of product design experience (Web, Android, iOS) building excellent user-centric digital products, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- A strong grasp of visual design and accessibility and the ability to turn complex problems into elegant, simple solutions
- A finger on the pulse of design trends and industry best practices
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Very strong written and spoken English skills Bonus points for:
- Experience and interest in the climate tech industry
- Fluent in German
