  • Your mission

    We are looking to hire an experienced solutions engineer (f/m/x) to work alongside our passionate sales team. As a solutions engineer, you will be required to conduct discovery calls with our Sales Representatives, draft and deliver presentations, demonstrate the features of company products, and enable our customers to integrate our solution(s) in their system.
    To ensure success as a solutions engineer (f/m/x), you should have in-depth knowledge of software and hardware systems and high-level communications skills. Ultimately, you will help drive sales by creating business software solutions according to our customer's needs.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Conducting client discovery calls with sales representatives
    • Meeting with clients to discuss their software needs
    • Strategizing with the sales team to create customer relevant solutions
    • Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products
    • Onboarding the customer from data acquisition to integration into their systems
    • Testing the performance of the installed system and fixing bugs
    • Providing post-installation follow-ups and customer support
    • Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries

    Your profile

    • Several years of professional experience in software development or system integration in the B2B environment
    • You are passionate about project-based work with changing customers and partners
    • You love finding sustainable solutions to simple and complex challenges
    • You are a strong communicator in both German and English and can put yourself in other people's shoes
    • (Preferred) You are familiar with complex system landscapes and various higher programming languages (e.g. Java, TypeScript, C#).
    • (Preferred) The following terms are no strangers to you: Cloud Native, REST, GraphQL, GCP, GitHub, Micro Services, API-first
