  • Your Responsibilities

    • Growth:Coordinating projects ranging from performance marketing to content distribution and customer relationship management. 

    • Partnerships:Identifying key partnerships including implementing follow-up collaboration frameworks. 

    • Marketing Platform: Implement multichannel marketing campaigns to drive brand sentiment with the support of the local and central marketing team in Berlin. 

    • Creation: Design and execute the creation/adaptation of marketing assets to a French audience. 

    • Project Management: Driving marketing projects which aim to increase organic visibility, and brand love (e.g. community management, content, SEO). 

    • Working hand in hand with the local Head of Marketing and reporting to him. 

    Your ideal background and skillset

    • Education: Graduate at bachelor’s or master’s degree level in Communications/ Marketing/Business, or in a similar relevant area. 

    • Experience: At least 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (high-growth start-up or marketing agency experience is highly desirable) with a holistic view of digital disciplines that drive growth. 

    • Languages: You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. 

    • Analysis: Strong analytical skills, including being KPI-driven with great attention to detail and you enjoy working with data to support your suggestions. 

    • Communication: Written and oral communication is your passion; you have successful experiences with using social media and native advertising 

    • Collaboration: You enjoy working in a multicultural environment and are willing to contribute to create an open, happy place to work.

    • Motivation: You are curious by nature; a motivated self-starter, and you care about making an impact.
