  • Aufgaben

    • Sales is your passion and achieving your goals drives you in your daily work
    • You act as the first point of contact for all sales activities in the area of new customers in your segment (Enterprise Accounts with +5.000 employees)
    • Build and maintain a pipeline from your own outbound
    • Develop tailor-made sales action plans, best fitting to your target
    • Contribute to improving our sales strategy and sales enablement materials
    • Become a subject-matter expert in the HR & Employer Branding industry
    • You are also the interface between our account management team and new business opportunities in terms of up & cross selling

    Qualifikation

    • You have 4+ years of sales and business development experience in B2B SaaS businesses. Bonus if you have worked with international markets or sold to the HR department
    • You have excellent written and spoken English and German language skills
    • You have the ability to create connections and engage with a variety of audiences, including C-level decision-makers
    • Yo can show a track record of meeting and exceeding quota on a consistent basis
    • You enjoy to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events
    • You have a strong sense of urgency for reaching set goals and keen to contribute to wider company success
    • Your strengths include strong acquisition skills as well as high motivation, ability to work under pressure and ambition to support mula in expanding to become the European market leader
    • You work independently and are highly self-motivated
    • You have strong time management, communication and presentation skills
    • You have experience in working with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot)
    • You can motivate your team members to achieve the defined goals
