You’ll be powering Merchant Services Product & Engineering

As an Agile Project / Program Manager, you’ll join the Product Operations team within Product and Engineering which builds our core merchant services products. Product Operations is responsible for Agile and SAFe implementation and coaching, portfolio and investment management, and agile project management. 

The Agile Project Management team is building its competencies and team to support an exciting portfolio of strategic initiatives.  This is an opportunity to drive high value complex initiatives in an Agile and SAFe ecosystem.

This role is open to locate in Eschborn, Germany or Ballerup DK.

Your responsibilities include: 

• Organizing initiatives in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization and delivering on associated OKRs
• Facilitating end to end delivery across the organization in the context of Agile and SAFe ways of working
• Coordinating delivery with Agile Release Trains as well as 3rd party providers, external suppliers, customer operations, and customers
• Ensuring objectives are met in areas including customer satisfaction, compliance, quality, and reporting

Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets. 

• Experience of managing cross organizational initiatives with a number of stakeholders in different functions, and in particular launching digital products and services
• Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies in the context of Agile or SAFe
• Financial Services domain knowledge is required preferably in payments, regulatory and compliance,
• Strong communication skills, tailored to large cross-country organizations especially in remote working environments
• Strong experience in stakeholder management at all levels of the organization
• Highly organized and disciplined to facilitate planning, governance, and collaboration across the ecosystem
• Keen attention to detail and proficiency in finding solutions to problems
• The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
• Ability to facilitate road mapping and scoping workshops with the objective to gain alignment with all stakeholders
• Experience with collaborative tools such as Miro, Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and MS Teams helpful
• Preferably speaking at least conversational German and professional level of business English

• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Shown ability to navigate on a both strategic and tactical level
• Have knowledge of and share the values of Servant Leadership
• You are eligible to work in EU area and currently based in Germany
