    Tasks

    As a Sales / Tech Support engineer, you will bridge the gap between our technical solutions and our customers' needs. You’ll be responsible for providing hands-on technical support, working closely with both our internal teams and customers to ensure customer activation and support needs are met to the highest level of satisfaction and prioritiy. Your expertise will help our success team to close more deals by clearly articulating our technology and products’ value.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the customer success team to understand customer requirements provide pre-sales technical support
    • Participate in demos/discussions with potential customers, explaining technology and product features in a clear and engaging manner.
    • Assist customers in their product onboarding, owning the account configuration, and with existing systems.
    • Serve as the primary technical contact for iexternal stakeholders, resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Work closely with the engineering and product teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements based on customer needs and experiences.
    • Provide training and ongoing technical guidance to customers, ensuring they can maximize the value of our products.
    • Document issues, troubleshooting techniques, and solutions to help us build a usefull backoffice system with extended support knowledge base
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies, providing insights to improve the customer experience.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Sales or Technical Support Engineer, or in a similar customer-facing role.
    • Hands-on experience of APIs and integration processes, scripting with Python and troubleshooting tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex technical information into clear, understandable terms.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a passion for troubleshooting and helping customers.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
