We are seeking a dedicated Founder's Associate Intern (Working Student) to drive growth for our deep-tech startup. With newly developed, AI-powered software that is intuitive and powerful, we are revolutionizing how supply chains are planned. Tasks
- Customer success: Work with us in customer workshops, including personal interaction with clients.
- Business development: Identify, assess, and pursue business opportunities and partnerships.
- Market research: Conduct targeted research on potential partners, customers, and competitors.
- Reporting: Provide key information and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Content creation: Develop compelling presentations and marketing materials, including social media.
- Process improvement: Develop, identify, and implement new ideas to enhance our efficiency.
- Team support: Manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure the team has all needed resources.
Requirements
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business administration, supply chain management, computer science, or any combination.
- Subject matter skills: Specific experience in at least one of the following: consulting, supply chain management, sales and marketing
- Soft skills: Rapid absorption capacity, desire to help shape/co-create things, ability communicate openly and directly, proactive type of working
- Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and digital communication tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams, HubSpot CRM Tool, Monday Project Management Tool
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English. While all documentation is done in English, we mainly communicate in German, as do our customers.
- Location: Based in the Hamburg metropolitan region. We meet weekly in our office space at Digital Hub Logistics Hamburg.
