JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Even Project Manager who will manage the German market based in Berlin. The successful candidate will be included in a training program, which will lead him to acquire autonomy and responsibility, being a central point of contact between the sales team and customers, also working closely with the Operations team and suppliers.

Main responsibilities include:

Coordinate people and processes to ensure timely delivery of projects and premium service for our customers
Be the key contact person for everything related to the organization and timing of a project
Being able to anticipate the needs and / or pitfalls of a project, manage priorities and meet deadlines
Preparation and coordination of projects from a logistic and graphic point of view : this includes communicating with customers and the Sales team, the Design and Operations team, and our field event Installers
Management of operational staff (hostesses, installers, stewards) and suppliers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE The Project Manager we are looking for:

is a C1/C2 level in German or bilingual in German (mandatory)
has excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
is a recently graduate, or a brilliant undergraduate with 2 to 3 years of successful experience
has organizational skills and is able to manage complexities
is very organized and capable of managing various multi-task activities by discerning priorities
is capable of critical thinking and takes the initiative
has passion, ambition and the ability to work independently
has the will to learn and the will to evolve in a startup environment
knows how to work in a team and is able to work within strict deadlines
has a passion for technology, practicality in manual work and likes photography (plus)

A good communicator both via e-mail and in person, the candidate will have the opportunity to attend and participate in meetings with the Marketing and Senior Account Managers of large companies or communication agencies. Previous experience in the Markteting / Digital and / or Events sector will be considered a strong plus.
