We are looking to hire a Product Manager. You will work closely with the VP of Product to prioritize, set requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of features working with the engineering team.

Your role will be to find improvements in the product, increase engineering velocity, and make sure that we are delivering the right functionality to increase the value and adoption of the product. You will be deeply involved in the definition of the work, and continuous improvement of the development process. This role is heavily focused on product delivery with an emphasis on developing your skills as a product manager to meet the needs of our fast-growing company. 

You will be responsible for the prioritization and delivery of new features, setting project timelines, and resource allocations based upon competencies and availability. Your success will be measured by the delivery and adoption of new features by customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Utilize design and development resources to maximize deliverables
• Prioritizing feature requests  & wish list items to deliver the correct features to the market
• Participating in daily stand-ups to drive each sprint to a successful conclusion and met expected timelines
• Participating in release post mortems and contributing to overall process improvements
• Work with QA, ensuring features meet acceptance criteria
• Providing updates to the overall delivery schedule
• Gather feedback and input from internal stakeholders & customers
• Communicating the product vision and roadmap internally and externally

What we are looking for:

• Proficiency within Salesforce (administrator and/or developer certification preferred) OR a similar SAAS platform OR DevOps Tools (AOP) 
• At least 4+ years of experience
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
• Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences (internal and external)
• Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM techniques
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Attention to details
