As a Data Science / Analytics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in empowering HR managers with our advanced people analytics platform.
Here’s what you’ll get to do:
Data Analysis and Insights – Harness the power of Python and LLMs to uncover hidden gems in data. Help investigate and implement cutting-edge machine learning and statistical models to enhance our analytics offering.
Design and Build – Support the architecture and infrastructure of a cohesive data model that is central to our platform.
Product Development – Design and develop new analytics use cases and leverage the data pipeline to deliver actionable insights.
Education: Master, Bachelor or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or another relevant technical field.
Experience: 1-3 years of working experience.
Skills:
Must have:
Data Analytics and Visualization Skills
Extenisve experience with Python
Solid SQL knowledge
First experience with machine learning
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies.
Experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
Experience in applied statistics, data analysis, and data preparation.
Personal Attributes:
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform data engineering/science decisions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data solutions across teams and clients.
A motivated self-starter with a strong enthusiasm to learn.
