  • YOUR MISSION:

    As our new Partnerships Manager - Professional Services Partners (DACH) you will be joining the Professional Services Partners DACH team. Your mission will be to build and manage a portfolio of high-impact professional services partners within the Parloa Partner Program to achieve revenue growth targets and contribute to the company's overall business objectives. We are looking for you to bring your tenacious work ethic, your enthusiasm, optimism, and your passion to foster profound growth in your partner portfolio. 

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Build, maintain, and own a trusted-advisor relationship with partners to achieve strategic alignment and drive growth. 
    • Understand and align partners' priorities, strategies, and goals with Parloa's to build mutually beneficial account plans. 
    • Execute and drive action through regular partner reviews and quarterly business reviews to track plan execution, identify gaps and agree on action plan.
    • Identify current and new business opportunities with existing partners and ways to pursue them by finding creative ways to contribute to joint partnership success. 
    • Influence and play an active role across a complex stakeholder map.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to drive partner success.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously empower partners to achieve more.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • 3+ years of experience in partner management or channel management at a software company.
    • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving results.
    • Strong communication skills to articulate company vision and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and problem solving skills.
    • Experience in enterprise software or contact center technologies (CCAAS, IVR, ITR, Chatbots, Conversational ai, etc) is a big plus.
    • Fluency in writing and speaking German and English to communicate with German and international Partners.
