    Tasks

    Recruiting:

    • Identify, source, attract, and hire the best talent and ensure we get the right people, at the right time on board
    • Scale our team by managing the full-cycle recruitment from selection, hiring process until onboarding
    • Strengthen the employer brand and further develop the hiring strategy to build high-quality pipelines ensuring we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience
    • Roll-out interview training for the hiring team to create efficient decision processes
    • Own the onboarding process and be the contact person for your new starters
    • Provide analytical and KPI driven recruiting reports

    HR Project Management:

    • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
    • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise
    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, milestones, and key metrics
    • Evaluate current HR processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation

    Requirements

    • Motivation to join a purpose-driven startup and make meaningful impact for people and planet
    • 5+ years of work experience in Recruiting, HR and Project Management in a dynamic environment
    • Experience in an agency, consultancy or other project-focused environments
    • Strong presence with track record of successfully managing stakeholders on different levels
    • Strong process-oriented mindset – you love building efficient processes
    • A detailed – oriented, pragmatic and hands-on approach
    • Business fluent in English
