    We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business development across the EU region from our Munich office. This role is critical in shaping our business presence, aligning with business objectives, and leading impactful business initiatives within the semiconductor industry.

    Tasks

    • Manage teams for Automotive customers in EU regions.
    • Make plan and deploy sufficient resources to execute activities and take actions to fit automotive industries.
    • Establish good relationship with automotive customers and make interactive communication contacts for each layer.
    • Manage customer development schedule with business proposal, opportunities.
    • Manage customer support issues after mass production.

    Requirements

    • Graduated MBA or Master of Marketing related faculties preferred.
    • Experienced semiconductors business development jobs in EU regions for over 10 years and familiar with automotive customers.
    • Experienced to lead members and communicate with the Business group in overseas.
    • Fluent English.
