What a brilliant idea for the vast, complex world of marketing: image, video, and text in one content management system that works as an omnichannel content platform, enabling global distribution on various channels, and furthermore, offering modules - DAM (Digital Asset Management), PIM (Product Information Management), and CMS (Content Management System) - from a single source. They have been successful in the market for 20 years. Some of us didn't even know what content was back then!

And because things are being driven as innovatively in this company as the market is dynamic, everything is supposed to happen via a SaaS product in the future. This means hosting large amounts of data, real-time analysis, and high availability. Guess what? This is where you come in. :)

Tasks

The international team is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Operations Manager (m/f/d) in Munich. In this position, you coordinate the operation of two new data centers and support both on-premises and cloud systems. You lead and organize an 8-10 person crew.

Requirements

For this task, you should not only be on fire, but also bring the following qualifications:

• leadership experience of about 5-10 team members
• a deep understanding of IT infrastructures, including Linux, Windows, monitoring, and backup
• running your own data centers 24/7
• an agile mindset

Nice to have, but not necessary…

• experience in leading international teams in different cultures
• fluency in German and/or French or other languages
• experience with cloud infrastructures
