The Experience Universe at Mangopay is responsible for designing and delivering human-centered experiences across all our products and touchpoints.
Our core areas of responsibility are the client portal, the back office, the docs site, our websites, landing pages, communications design, and research. We also collaborate closely with other Product Universes whenever a user interface is required, along with RevOps, Internal Systems, and Product Marketing.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager passionate about UX to join the Universe, to help us on our mission to deliver best-in-class experiences.
What will you be responsible for?
- Leading, designing, and managing the product roadmap for your squad, including product discovery, definition, backlog refinement, release, and product management, all the while ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Implementing feedback loops through user research, usability testing, and data analysis to better identify the needs and challenges of our users, and refine the product offering or implement solutions that add value accordingly.
- Establishing metrics, processes, and dashboards for monitoring and evaluating the performance and success of the product and its feature, and using these qualitative and quantitative insights to determine prioritization.
- Fostering a tight collaboration with our engineers, designers, product marketing managers, front-facing teams as well as C-suite.
- Reporting on product performance to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
What do we expect from you?
As Lead Product Manager in the Experience Universe, you will be obsessed with human-centered design and UX. We're looking for a passionate team player with:
- Demonstrable experience building products in a B2B regulated business (required)
- Experience directly managing people (required)
- Engineering background (required)
- Ability to solve complex problems, negotiate priorities, and build products to drive value and scale
- Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory, and proficiency in a second European language is a plus.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders across different functions and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
