If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Join our highly motivated team in a fast-growing startup in the heart of Berlin as Team Lead Market Growth DACH (m/f/d)! Your responsibilities will include:

    • Overseeing and optimising the financial performance of our operations in the DACH region – taking charge of the P&L responsibilities, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability (LTV analysis and driving strategies to increase it)
    • Analysing the DACH market trends and competitor activity, to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop strategies that align with our business objectives
    • Developing and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with the local audience and elevate our brand specifically on offline presence, community and PR
    • Be the go-to person for everything in your market - knowledge, insights and ways of working
    • Oversee project management for offline activations and events
    • Navigating the retail landscape – collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective retail strategies that drive sales and enhance brand visibility

    Your profile

    • You have completed your studies in International Business, Marketing Management, or Business Administration; other related fields are welcome!
    • You have at least 4 years of relevant experience working in the DACH Region – preferably in the food industry
    • You are familiar with DACH culture and snacking habits as well as the DACH e-commerce landscape and consumer behaviour
    • You have extensive experience in the areas of Brand Management, Marketing (online & offline), Retail, and Expansion
    • You are equipped with excellent German as well as excellent English skills
    • You live in Berlin or the surrounding area, or are willing to relocate
    • You are highly analytical and comfortable with data
    • You are passionate about leading a team and helping your employees grow to the best of their abilities
    • Your strategic way of thinking, hands-on mentality, and communication skills are the foundations of your professional personality
