We are looking for a Creative Sourcer! A determined Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Team in Stuttgart.

You will join our KI professionals team and utilize the vast amount of resources available within our KI group in order to be creative, to try, to fail, to learn and to succeed. This role allows you to shape the Talent Acquisition strategy within KI professionals who are creating and executing innovative Mobility Solutions.

Your contribution to the success story:

• Identify, engage, evaluate, and help recruit the best Tech and Product
• Provide excellent stakeholder management and consistent communication.
• Find ways to improve how we work in order to continually innovate our active sourcing & recruitment processes.
• Plan and implement talent acquisition metrics to leverage informed decision making.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience at every opportunity.
• Engage with local tech communities by building up an ecosystem of networks via Meetups, University Job Fairs, and keeping your finger on the Mobility scene.

• You are fluent in German (C1) and English.
