Product Manager (m/f/x)

At KI Professionals, we’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Stuttgart. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the product vision and strategy, product roadmap, and execution of the product development process. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the products we build are high quality and meet the needs of our customers. In this role, you will also be responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and communicating them to the engineering team

Duties & Responsibilities

• Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
• Engage with customers, prospects, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Define product vision and strategy, and translate it into detailed requirements (epics, features and user stories)
• Prioritize the product backlog to ensure that the development team is always working on the most important items
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure that products are intuitive and easy to use
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 2+ years experience in product management, software development, or a technical role
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Experience working with agile development methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1)
