Data Product Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are the central interface between the business and the development team
• You drive strategy and tech decisions
• You gather requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical & business experts
• You take care of the continuous implementation and further development of data platform and business intelligence initiatives
• You define the epics and user stories for the product and you are responsible for prioritizing backlog items
• You conduct regular backlog refinements and work closely with the development team to meet the product goals
• You identify and communicate risks and dependencies early on
• You work with motivated and technically first-class colleagues in an agile environment
• You like to work independently in companies of different sizes and industry focus

Requirements

• Have experience with cloud services in the context of data integration and analytics (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Have good knowledge on data integration, ETL processes & data visualisation
• Are able to visualize and communicate complex data problems
• Have an analytical orientation and the ability to structure problems and analyze alternative solutions
• Are an expert in building products based on metrics and KPIs
• Are eager to make an impact, continuously learn and you have a team-oriented attitude
• Have excellent communication skills in English (C1), German is a plus
• (Ideally) have experience with solution architecture for data platforms
• (Ideally) have previous practical experience as a Software engineer, Data engineer, DevOps engineer, or an equivalent technical role would be desirable
