Working Student CapEx Engineering (m/w/d)

Purpose of the position

Within the engineering team, we establish common equipment and building standards to achieve a high level of project success in investment projects across Intersnack.

This includes:

• Continuous development and documentation of Group Standard Equipment
• Establishing and improving equipment and building standards within projects
• Feedback to design and documentation for next projects
• Preparing and maintaining of good practice equipment project data. 

We are looking for a working student to support us in document management and the further development of this area. The job holder will have the opportunity to work in an international team with colleagues from all Intersnack Management Units and gain insights into project management and the business process world of Intersnack.

Location of place of work is Düsseldorf.

Responsibilities

• You will support in the development, and preparation of machine-specific documentation (Base Design Documents, Feedback to Design)
• You support us in the development of generic Group standard documentation (Hygienic Design requirements, safety requirements, MES & IT requirements, etc.)
• You're responsible to set up and maintain an integrated SharePoint platform for our group-wide engineering community
• Collaboration and takeover of activities in day-to-day business

Education:

You´re actively enrolled in a Bachelor or Master of Engineering degree program

Experience:

You gained first project experience, ideally in FMCG sector and/or Engineering projects

Skills required for the job (soft-skills):

• Excellent team and communication skills
• Structured, thorough, and reliable way of working
• Flexibility and a positive “can do” approach
• Self-driven and hands-on attitude with the ambition to get things done

Skills required for the job (hard-skills):

• Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint 365
• Fluent spoken and written English, additional language skills are beneficial.
