    We are looking to hire a motivated Technical Sales Support Specialist who wants to work with an amazing team and towards us becoming a market leader in France!

    This is a full-time position that we are looking to fill as soon as possible, based out of our office in Hannover, Berlin or Barcelona.


    • You support our European Sales Team in customer projects.
    • You hold presentations about the Hornetsecurity Services.
    • You ensure a successful onboarding process to our services for our customers.
    • You undertake follow ups, nurturing activity to ensure exceptional service throughout.
    • You participate in technical aspects of tenders.
    • You assist the sales staff in dealing with complex technical issues.
    • You support and advise the Sales, Presales and Customer Success team with your expertise in the development and implementation of presentations and web meetings.


    • You have an IT education.
    • You have a talent for communication and master technical training and workshops - whether in French or English Meetings.
    • You have professional experience in the field of IT Support/ Help Desk/ Onboarding/ Presales or Consulting of IT solutions, ideally in an IT Security or SaaS environment.
    • You enjoy convincing customers of Hornetsecurity Services on a technical level in presentations and web meetings.
    • You are willing to travel occasionally on business.
    • You tackle things proactively, prefer to complete tasks today rather than tomorrow, and enjoy working in an international, fast-paced environment.
    • You are speaking one other language (Spanish or German) ideally.
