About this role :
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Offer Sourcing team in Munich or Berlin, Germany. The role involves leading the development and enhancement of our AI-driven platforms that automate the sourcing and publishing of voucher content. This position will play a crucial role in streamlining our processes, improving the relevance and personalization of our offers, and ensuring that our solutions remain at the cutting edge of technology and market demands.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the vision and strategy for the AI-driven voucher sourcing platform, aligning product initiatives with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and implement new features that enhance automation capabilities and user experience.
- Identify market opportunities through rigorous analysis of industry trends and user feedback to continuously improve our product offerings.
- Organize and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring timely delivery of developments that maximize value.
- Develop data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of new features and iterate based on performance metrics.
- Monitor technological advancements and regulatory changes that could impact the product roadmap or operational compliance.
- Shape the company's thought leadership in voucher automation by participating in workshops, and other relevant forums.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with machine learning models and their application in automation technology.
- Possess prior experience in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry, particularly with voucher or discount services.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology-driven product development, particularly in AI and automation.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of implementing successful features based on user and market data.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management.
- Technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Experience in agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and APIs

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
