Status:
The role is crucial for building the in-house development team as the company transitions from external to internal development.
Location: Preferably Munich or southern Germany, or alternatively NRW (North Rhine-Westphalia) in cities like Münster or Bielefeld. The role is flexible with a strong remote component but requires presence in either Munich or NRW every 2-3 weeks.
Remote/ On-Site policy:
Flexible in itself, but it would be good if the candidate can be in NRW (North Rhine Westphalia) or Munich every 2-3 weeks. Large remote share possible otherwise.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in comparable software engineering position.
Key Responsibilities:
*Backend Development: Develop and maintain software solutions using .NET 7 and C# 11.
*Frontend Development: Design user interfaces using Vue 3 and TypeScript. Alternatively ReactJS and Angular.
*Feature Implementation: Implement new features and optimize existing ones.
*Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to define and implement technical requirements.
*Quality Assurance: Ensure software quality through regular code reviews and automated testing.
*Architecture and Design: Assist in the design of new software solutions.
*Problem Solving: Identify and resolve software issues.
Must-Have Skills:
*Experience in backend development with .NET 7 and C# 11.
*Experience in frontend development with Vue 3 and TypeScript.
Nice-to-Have Skilles:
Experience with Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum.
Languages:
*Fluent German (C1 level) and good English communication skills (B2).
