Remote Customer Service Representative with French (m/f/d) Warranty services

You love communicating with other people and are a helpful, friendly person? Then we are looking for you as a FRENCH-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Foundever! Provide excellent customer service to customers of an extended warranty provider for consumer electronics and home appliances.

Start date: 16.09.2024 | Location: Home Office | Weekly hours: 20 - 40 h

Working hours: Mon - Fr between 09:00 AM and 7:05 PM / Sat - 09:00 AM - 1:15 PM

Salary: 2.152 €/month - 2.382 €/month (Fixed salary 2.152 €/month at 40h/week + performance bonus up to 200 €/month + home office allowance 30 €/month)

Tasks

• Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our French-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail
• Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently
• Review of the submitted claims for damages

Requirements

• Fluency in French (C2-level) and English (B2-level)
• Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
• PC literacy
• Previous customer service experience preferable
• Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
• Empathetic and socially competent personality

You have the following requirements for working from home:

• A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)
• An Internet connection with a speed of 16 Mbit/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream (in a shared Internet household, the performance should be significantly faster!)
• A computer that is connected directly to the Internet via a router. This must support NAT (Network Address Translation), have a firewall component and ideally be connected to the home network with IPv4.
• A quiet, lockable room to work in and an ergonomic workstation
• Your place of residence must be in Germany
