Aufgaben

Ensure a smooth flow of information within the development team, so everyone has what they need to perform their tasks effectively. Responsible for setting up and maintaining a system that keeps everyone updated and in sync.
Refine our project management methods. Introduce and manage tools like Jira for task tracking and monitoring overall development progress, enhancing efficiency and clarity.
Support the CTO in leading and organizing the team and in fostering a team culture that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Develop and implement process improvements for project management, including the use of project management tools (e.g., ticketing systems) to streamline workflow.
Coordinate and manage freelancer activities, defining clear project scopes and deliverables.
Oversee resource planning and monitoring, including managing schedules and tracking project milestones
Proactively identify and resolve team conflicts with empathy, maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment.
Help resolve any issues in the team, making sure everyone works well together.

Qualifikation

Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or software development.
At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role.
Good understanding of mechatronic systems.
Fluent in German and English.
