Tasks

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Developer (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team based in Berlin Adlershof.

As our Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading our development team and driving the implementation of innovative software solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Architect and develop software infrastructure and solutions using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and MS SQL Server.
• Build and maintain web applications using C# and React, ensuring high-quality code and user-friendly interfaces.
• Assess the skill levels of team members, provide guidance and support their professional development.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement best practices and tools to enhance the development process and productivity.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience in C# and React for web application development is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and infrastructure design, particularly in Azure.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to evaluate and improve technical team members' skills and performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
