Tasks

Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase our Rx customer base.
Ideate and implement CRM and performance marketing campaigns to optimize acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer lifecycle campaigns.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer acquisition and retention.
Optimize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through targeted marketing initiatives and personalized customer experiences.
Drive innovation in marketing techniques, leveraging the latest tools and technologies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of growth marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing budget, ensuring a strong ROI on marketing spend.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online and healthcare marketing.

Requirements

Strengths

Several years of experience in online marketing, growth marketing, or a similar field, preferably in consumer internet companies.
A strong background in data-driven marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and retention.
In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and experience implementing data-driven marketing strategies.
Experience working with data and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase) to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
