    • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase our Rx customer base.
    • Ideate and implement CRM and performance marketing campaigns to optimize acquisition and retention.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer lifecycle campaigns.
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer acquisition and retention.
    • Optimize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through targeted marketing initiatives and personalized customer experiences.
    • Drive innovation in marketing techniques, leveraging the latest tools and technologies.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of growth marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
    • Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing budget, ensuring a strong ROI on marketing spend.
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online and healthcare marketing.

    Requirements

    Strengths

    • Several years of experience in online marketing, growth marketing, or a similar field, preferably in consumer internet companies.
    • A strong background in data-driven marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and retention.
    • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and experience implementing data-driven marketing strategies.
    • Experience working with data and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase) to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
