Your Tasks

For our Salesforce Consultant online course we are looking for an Assistant Trainer to join our team from within Germany for 32 hours/week.Our mission is to help people get started in the field by providing qualified training. As part of a large and growing team, we train and coach our students professionally and personally to ensure a seamless start to their new (digital) career.Your responsibilities as Salesforce Assistant Trainer

• Support the main teacher during the class lecture and also in a substitute teaching capacity. 
• Act as a mentor and mediator to students to ensure a positive atmosphere in the class.
• Assist students with tasks, technical issues, and soft skills - in groups and individuals.
• Responsible for documentation (student feedback, course materials, schedules, etc).

What is the Salesforce course about?

• Course participants will learn how to work with the cloud platform over an 8-month timeframe.
• The curriculum will cover Salesforce fundamentals, automation tools, and the sales & business cycle(s).
• Students learn through customized materials, get hands-on experience with Trailhead exercises and attend specialized workshops.

Your Skills

Must-have

• You are gaining first relevant work experience with Salesforce.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with German a plus but not a requirement.

Nice-to-have

• You are currently pursuing a Salesforce certification (preferred).
• You are familiar and comfortable working with Trailhead (preferred).
