Working Student - Project Coordinator (f/m/d)

Clariness is looking for a Working Student - Project Coordinator based in Berlin or Hamburg. 
- Part-time; limited -

As a Working Student - Project Coordincator, you would be responsible for:

• Coordinating day-to-day project activities, such as translations, printing and shipping of clinical trials materials.
• Administrative support of the project team.
• Supporting the Creative project team in maintaining and monitoring project plans, reports, schedules and expenditures.
• Updating and maintaining data for website projects.
• Updating trackers and distributing monthly tracking reports to sponsors.
• Organizing, preparing and documenting meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Close collaboration with the project team and all stakeholders.
• Other project tasks such as the performance of quality checks, as required.
• All other position-based areas of responsibility.
  
  

We would like you to have: 

• You are currently enrolled in a course of studies related to business administration, healthcare, pharma, or medical fields.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience as a Project Coordinator or in another administrative support role is a plus.
• Agile, proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven personality with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, knowledge of German is a plus.
