Your main responsibility will be to discover and bring to life innovative products that outcompete the industry's giants (e.g. Google Maps, TomTom, Sygic) on cost, quality, and accuracy.

A key part of your role will be to collaborate with other product teams across Bolt's businesses (Rides, Food, Micromobility, etc.) and maintain a fine balance between building a system that can serve all of our diverse users while still being tailored to their specific needs. Your excellent ability to build strong partnerships with cross-domain and cross-functional stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role.

    Your daily adventures will include:

    • Discover opportunities to suggest location and routing improvements across the business
    • Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with geolocation goals and user needs across all business units (rides, deliveries, rentals)
    • Design experiments for deliverables (with support from your peers and analytics partner) to inform product decisions and positioning
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to drive product development through all stages from concept to launch
    • Prioritise features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of customer needs (drivers, riders, couriers) and data analysis
    • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and iterate our geolocation services (routes, estimates, and search) based on data insights
    • Lead and facilitate product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog maintenance, and product reviews
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all geo-related issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders

    About you:

    • 6+ years of relevant experience in the Geo sector (either with mapping, navigation or routing)
    • You have proven experience as a product manager or related role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company
    • You are highly technical (preferably with a computer science or engineering background) and are eager to dive deep into execution with your team, and embrace technical complexity
    • You have a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products in a similar scalable/distributed systems space
    • You have a strong understanding of agile product development methodologies and experience using product management tools
    • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable you to analyse data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions
    • Your communication and collaboration skills are exceptional, allowing you to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
    • You have a proficient command of spoken and written English

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don't tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you're the kind of person described above!
