Senior Product Analyst, Rider Experience
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join our Rider Experience team and help us scale and improve our main Rider app for millions of users across 45 countries.

About the role
Your daily adventures will include:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, engineers, and other cross-functional team members to proactively identify data-driven opportunities to improve our user experience
- Analyse customer journey data to identify funnel optimisation opportunities, enhancing conversion rates, and minimising user drop-offs
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets, extracting insights and trends that inform product improvements and contribute to user growth
- Investigate user behaviour patterns and gather feedback to provide actionable insights for product development and user experience improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate findings and monitor product performance across various KPIs
- Design and execute A/B tests, analyse results, and provide recommendations to optimise and iterate on product features
- Champion a data-driven culture within the team and organisation, helping to inform decisions and prioritise initiatives based on data insights
About you:
- You hold BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
- You have at least 2-4 years experience dealing with large volumes of data
- You can rank your SQL skills as “outstanding” and Python/R experience as “profound”
- You have experience with some BI tools and data visualisation
- You can prove your ability to lead experimentation: applied statistics, designing and analysing experiments, providing recommendations
- You have a strong interest in and understanding of the consumer-facing side of the marketplace, focusing on enhancing user experience and engagement
- You have a high interest in the bigger picture, ability to understand and contribute to product strategy
- Your verbal and written communication skills are outstanding
- You are fluent in English
- If you had a chance to gain some experience with ML frameworks, it would be an advantage
