We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!

About the role

As Lead Recruiter for Analytics, you'll shape and execute Bolt's global hiring strategy across our Analytics and Data functions, partnering with senior business leaders to align recruitment with growth priorities. You'll drive hiring for senior and business-critical analytical roles across multiple markets, ensuring we attract and secure exceptional talent in highly competitive environments. Leveraging data, you'll optimise recruitment processes, mentor and support the TA team, and focus on productivity, efficiency, DEI, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Design and implement a scalable recruitment strategy for Bolt's Analytics and Data teams, aligned with business goals and growth plans.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Analytics, Data Science, Product, and Finance to define hiring needs, role scope, and success profiles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and complex roles across markets, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines, staying informed on analytics market trends and competitor activity.
• Use data and funnel metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-led hiring decisions.
• Mentor and support recruiters, promoting consistency, interviewer enablement, and recruitment excellence.

About you:

• You have 10+ years' experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record hiring for senior and specialised analytical roles (e.g. Product Analysts, Data Scientists, Growth Analysts).
• You bring strong stakeholder management skills — confident navigating complex discussions and influencing senior leaders.
• You're data-driven and analytical - comfortable using recruitment metrics to guide strategy, performance, and process improvement.
• You enjoy mentoring others and helping teams grow and perform at their best.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
• Experience in tech, data, or analytics recruitment is a strong advantage.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don't tick every box, please consider applying!
