automaited is a deep-tech company that hyperautomates repetitive tasks automatically with the help of artificial intelligence. We provide significant speed-ups in workflows of departments or even single users without the need to involve developers or process analysts. Based in Cologne, we are a fast-growing start-up that recently raised its 4M€ series seed round led by Headline and Northzone.

Tasks

You are a Typescript Developer who gets excited about problem-solving and clean and simple user interfaces. You are interested in creating intuitive UIs and working closely with the DOM API to enhance the automations provided by the assistant. In this role, you are an integal part of our team, creating bridges to new web apps that we can automate and thus help many users with their day-to-day life.

What can you expect?

You maintain and develop the user interface of the automaited assistant.
You implement new business requirements in collaboration with the team.
You maintain and develop an internal framework for reading and writing data with the DOM API.
You maintain and develop test suites to cultivate a sustainable, high-quality code base and code confidence.
You share your knowledge and get involved in code reviews.

Our tech stack:

Our frontend is written in TypeScript using latest React
The UI is shared across Electron and Web.
We use Storybook for rapid UI prototyping and documentation.
Jest is used for unit tests

Requirements

3+ years of experience with frontend development.
Fluency in React and Typescript.
You are familiar with the browser DOM API.
Nice-to-have: Experience with reactive programming with Observables (e.g. RxJS).
Fluent in Business English is a must.
