We seek a highly skilled Tech Resourcing Associate (m/f/d) to join our growing tech team. 1KOMMA5° is building Germany's largest one-stop-shop for sale, installation, and services related to solar, heat pumps, electricity, and charging infrastructure. Deine Position

• Budget control the Technology cost bucket and reporting actuals for each month.
• Plan and reforecast future budgets
• Work with internal customers, to gain requirements before negotiating with 3rd party vendors
• Train/Educate Tech Partners to help them develop, and for them to become an increasingly valuable resource for your work
• Be an essential part of change management on an organisational level
• Contribute to the global IT strategy and make sure that it is well aligned with company needs
• Use your resilience to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Automate! Automate! Automate! Take ownership over your repetitive work!
• To cross functionally align with key stakeholders in the broader Tech org, to ensure we can capitalise on where overlaps can exist
• Aligning wide-spread changes, as 1k5 expands, adapts and changes
• Be hands on with standard tooling configurations and implementation

Dein Profil

• Minimum of 3 years of software procurement experience
• Mastery of Google Sheets. Appscript is a big plus!
• Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology
• Having worked in fast growing start-up environments is a huge plus!
• Experience with transformation/change management
• Ability to facilitate calls with senior management
• Experience in budget/financial controlling
• Experience in contract management and negotiation
• English in both written and verbal communication (C1/C2). German is a huge plus!
